PROJECT: TUSCANY VILLAGE	CLIENT: RAINEY HOMES CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: MORGAN GREEN Rainey Homes and Green Construction Inc. both take pride in the innovation and quality they provide to their clients. From these shared values Green Construction was chosen to work for Rainey Homes on this exciting project. Tuscany Village is single family community along Farmington's East Bench. We are expecting to finish this new community in Spring/Summer 2009. Construction on highway 89 is a crucial aspect to the work requiring scheduling with UDOT for a 20 ft deep sewer manhole. PROJECT: SPRING CREEK MINE	CLIENT: BIG-D CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: BRAD GREEN This is one of the most unique projects we’ve had here at GREEN construction. Spring Creek Mine is located in Decker, Montana and is a several month project. Due to the increase in size of their mining trucks they needed to increase their shop and washing facilities. This includes Re-enforced paving, walls, and stairs.
PROJECT: ALLAN BUSINESS PARK	CLIENT: ALLAN LAND COMPANY INC. MANAGER: MORGAN GREEN Allan Business Park is a 4 lot commercial subdivision which includes other lots for expansion to the existing FedEx building. The new subdivision extends the existing dead end road to open access to the minimum 2 acre lots. The subdivision was challenging due to the crossings at the three high pressures gas lines running parallel with the road. The project also has a large box culvert which demanded scheduling water shut downs to be able to complete construction.
