Job Description

Green Construction is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, passionate and teachable, with a team player attitude to join our crew. You will be responsible to work with minimal supervision, but still be able to report results to a supervisor. Roughly 40 hours a week. Experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. You will also be responsible to do tasks outside general responsibilities, if required. The ideal candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, and project specifications that include, but not limited to: Construction Billings, Cost tracking for Equipment, and Material Job Cost Analysis, Documenting Job meetings, Generate Monthly Reports, Review Management Reports, Review Contracts, Setting up Contracts, Compile Change Order Documentation, Compile Information for Submittals, Review Time sheets

Qualifications

Able and willing to follow instructions. Needs to be a self-starter and motivator to others with good interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation and a VALID driver’s license is a plus. Must be 18 years or older. Green Construction prides itself in being a drug free workplace.
